Today I am recording my Keeping It Real TV show to post at NewSpiritJournal.com. Instead of interviewing someone, I am giving a mini-class in how to follow your inner guidance. Of all the questions clients ask, this is one of the most frequent; so, I figured a little class would be helpful to those who aren't sure what inner guidance is or how to access it.
I made a conscious effort to learn how to do this about 33 years ago. I had always been in touch with "gut feelings" which I think is true of most people. But then I learned how to be in more frequent contact with guidance - at will - and how to trust it.
During this current healthcare journey, I'm using guidance a lot. I have read certain books, done practices, contacted certain people, avoided others - all based on my inner guidance. Is it always 100% correct? Of course not - nothing is 100%. But I have to say after all these years, it comes pretty darn close.
This class should be posted by Wednesday or so in case you want to watch it. I'll let you know when it is online. Oh, and I did spend a lot of yesterday crocheting and my afghan is almost done - maybe just a few hours to go and I'll be able to snuggle up under it and bask in the knowledge that this is something I did for myself - stitch by loving stitch. Just like my scarves are called Aum scarves, this afghan is an Aum afghan because I said an Aum with every stitch! It feels truly magnificent!
Have a great Monday - I know I will!
